For many years I've been helping startups setup their HR operations stacks. As the first formal People hire, I've procured and setup tech platforms for performance, health and wellbeing, line management and payroll.

In my last role, this operations stack scaled to support 200+ people. I have a passion for detail which extends to being a product tester for newly developed HR platforms. In 2022, I took the plunge to leave my People leadership role and explore routes and training to become more technical.
